I just finished it myself, and highly recommend it!<BR/>-LorieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1756585345403879201.post-80096959191954202932007-10-22T13:24:00.000-04:002007-10-22T13:24:00.000-04:00I refuse to buy products with added HFCS. And totally banning all candy/sweets would probably result in kids who are horde it or gorge on when they get it- and they will get it. But I totally identify with feeling ambivilent about handing it out. I've heard that some parents hand out mini bags of pretzels.Mama Monsterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05153871957642696441noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1756585345403879201.post-91969725799226028982007-10-22T12:37:00.000-04:002007-10-22T12:37:00.000-04:00that's a good idea. i totally didn't think of rais...that's a good idea. i totally didn't think of raisins (which i also got trick-or-treating when i was a kid). they're not quite as cheap as candy, but definitely cheaper than fruit leather. jacob insists they're bad for your teeth, but...on halloween, i think that ship has sailed.mariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08510138492016652314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1756585345403879201.post-56283258028137083262007-10-20T10:27:00.000-04:002007-10-20T10:27:00.000-04:00Kids are never going to eschew sweet treats, so ho...Kids are never going to eschew sweet treats, so how about organic raisins? You can get them in the little paper boxes, so they're easily dispensable. I used to actually really like the raisins I got from the neighborhood hippies when I was a kid.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
